3. Post this is a spot you will see it daily so you can follow it as well as make notes on it for revisions.

4. Give your draft “Morning Routine” a try this coming week.


Then, at the end of the week do a Debrief:

1.Listen to Debrief audio

2. Reflect on last week’s morning routine using these PDF prompts.

3. Revise your morning routine time table accordingly.
